Javairia defends workers' compensation claims on behalf of employers and insurers. Her practice includes defending workers' compensation claims in Missouri. She is responsible for all aspects of trial preparation including drafting appropriate responses to claims, file analysis, investigation, depositions, and medical and legal research.
Javairia was born and raised in St. Louis and is fluent in three languages including English, Punjabi, and Urdu. She can also speak conversational German. While in law school, Javairia served as an editor on the Saint Louis University Law Journal, worked at an employment law firm and a family law firm, and provided legal services to nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and small businesses in the St. Louis community while certified under Rule 13.
She began her career representing victims of asbestos related diseases. She assisted with seeking recovery from asbestos companies that have gone bankrupt.
Javairia is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
In her time away from the office, Javairia enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
